Rukanhelmi on vuoden 2002 jouluksi valmistunut huipputasoinen kelohuvila, pinta-alaltaan 153 m2. Huoneiston kokoonpano on keittiö/olohuone, viisi makuuhuonetta, neljä wc:tä, kahdeksan hengen kelosauna, hyvät ulkovarustetilat yms. Vuoteita on 12 hengelle ja lisävuoteet kahdelle. Varustukseen kuuluvat muun muassa jääkaappi, pakastin, astianpesukone, pesukone, kuivauskaappi, kuivausrumpu, korkeatasoinen ruokailuvälineistö, TV, DVD/video, stereot ja takkapuut. Käytössäsi on myös Soneran laajakaistaliittymä omaa kannettavaa tietokonetta varten. Ruokapöytään mahtuu yhtä aikaa 12 henkilöä. Kaikki tilat on mitoitettu silmällä pitäen suurta vierasmäärää kodikkuus säilyttäen. |

Rukanhelmi (The Pearl of Ruka) is a high standard silver pinelog chalet of 153 m2. It was opened for Christmas 2002. The chalet has a kitchen/a living room, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sauna for eight persons, a big storage for outdoor equipment etc. The chalet sleeps 12 persons and there are additional beds for two persons. The chalet is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cupboard, drying drum, high quality cutlery, TV, DVD/video, stereo and firewood etc. There is also a Sonera broadband connection for your portable. There is a dining table for 12 persons. All the rooms and facilities are made even for a big group of guests but still saving a cosy atmosphere.
The Rukanhelmi chalet is located in the western part of Ruka, nearby the lake Talvijärvi. The nearest lift is within 400 meters` distance from the chalet across the frozen lake Talvijärvi. The lift takes you right into the center of the Ruka village. Skiing tracks pass by the chalet. During the season of open water we can provide you a boat for extra charge at the lake Kesäjärvi, which is only a few kilometers from the chalet.
